**The Position**

Supporting the Queensland School Project, our team are responsible for the facilities management and cleanliness on site at various schools throughout Brisbane. We are currently seeking an experienced Facilities Supervisor to work at Bellbird Park on a Monday-Friday basis.
- General facilities supervision
- Administrative support and reporting
- Cleaning and maintenance management
- Management of client relationships and customer service
- Establishing and maintaining a safe and secure environment, ensuring HSEQ systems, procedures and legislative requirements are followed and embraced.

**The Person**
- Are practised in facilities management or have supervisory experience (education environments desirable)
- Possess staff recruitment, training and management experience
- Hold general maintenance experience, with a trade background (desirable)
- Have a customer-service focused approach
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have a valid and current driving licence
