**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Plan, administer and reviews customer services and after-sales services, and maintain sound customer relations
- Manage customer service staff by creating staff schedules, managing workflow, handling staffing and employee issues and enforcing departmental policy and procedures
- Ensure that all customer service representatives have up-to-date information and equipment
- Establish procedures to monitor successful procedures and programs, including planning and implementing after-sales services to follow up on client satisfaction
- Lead and motivate staff in handling change, building trust, and partnerships to encourage and build a team environment
- Accurately perform registration process for all new and existing clients
- Liaising with other areas of management regarding direction and feedback for team members, and to response to customer expectations
- Oversee and follow through on customer feedback including complaints handling
- Ensure service levels are being met.
- Be the voice of the customer in the organization.
- Have an AQF Diploma qualification or higher in a relevant area and at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrative initiative and proactive approach.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Altona North, VIC 3025: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
