**About the role**:
You will play a key role in sales activities across our various vehicle market segments and auction lanes, providing the best possible support to the sales teams to ensure the expectations of our customers (vendors and buyers) are met. With a national focus servicing customer across Australia, you will focus on delivering excellence in the complete end to end management of all Passenger and Commercial Vehicle auctions by ensuring accurate vehicle data and representation at all times.

In this dynamic role, you will have a variety of responsibilities within the following areas:

- Customer service
- Auction process management
- Systems and processes
- Reporting and administration

This is a national role based out of Sydney (Moorebank), Melbourne (Altona North), Brisbane (Eagle Farm) or Hobart (Bridgewater) and these roles are perfect for someone who is seeking a long-term career with a growing, global company.

**About you**:

- Passion to deliver seamless experience for customers
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Current drivers licence
- Exposure to working in the automotive industry highly regarded or at least have real passion for cars
