Universal Home Theatre is an industry leading, Australian owned, progressive audio visual supplier and installer servicing residential and commercial customers. Our work ranges from small residential jobs installing TV mounting brackets and multi-room audio solutions to large, custom home theatre installs and corporate boardroom fit outs.

Our business is growing and we need a dynamic and motivated individual to help us maintain the growth.

**The Role**:
The duties of the Audio Visual Installer will be to assist our team on installations for dedicated home theatre rooms, multi-room audio systems, pre-wiring, boardroom installations and providing product information for clients and on site demonstrations.

You will be expected to always be diligent, courteous and constantly up-skilling to continue their professional development so we can continue to excel and remain at the forefront of the AV industry.

To be successful in this position you will be a technically competent corporate and residential audio visual installer who can demonstrate wide ranging technical expertise and an understanding of the audio visual industry.

**Requirements**:
To be suitable for this role you will need:

- A minimum of five years experience as an AV installation technician (commercial & residential)
- Be a motivated self starter
- Have excellent communication & customer facing skills
- Have the ability to work unsupervised with a high level of problem solving skills
- Have sales skills
- Have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrate a strong ability to build rapport on behalf of the company.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 per year
