Seafood Retail Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Seafood Retail Manager to join our dynamic team and lead our seafood department to new heights.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise the store, ensuring high standards of product quality and presentation.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking seafood products.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Monitor market trends and adjust inventory and pricing strategies accordingly.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience, with a focus on seafood preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of seafood products, including sourcing, handling, and preparation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient in inventory management and point-of-sale systems.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
- Seafood: 1 year (preferred)
