Kirra Services is currently looking for the position of **RG 146 Qualified Assessor, based in Sydney & Melbourne **for the global technology innovator and world's leading IT company.

**Job Summary & Key Responsibilities**:
RFI to determine availability of skill in market who are certified - potential up to 30 roles

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- RG-146 Certified (all modules)
- 2+ years’ experience in complex financial advice remediation
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills with a customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

**Desired Attributes and Skills**:

- Proficient in Excel

**Key Responsibilities**
- Contact customers to understand and document complaint specifics including all relevant details
- Request relevant information including confidential documents to inform assessment of complaints
- Document customer information and case assessment work papers and outcomes in case management system in required format and level of detail
- Draft formal ‘Assessment Outcome’ document to be shared with both client and customer

Preferred location and On-Site requirements for anyone who starts on this project -Ideally Melb, with Syd also being workable. The engagement will be able to accommodate a hybrid working model in the future, but in the first instance, the strong preference is to have staff on-site (Melb CBD/ Syd CBD).

Can work be done remotely? -Work must be done on-shore. Work to be performed at client offices. On-site initially; potential for hybrid work after initial on-boarding, training and trial period.

Require basic background checks + police checks to be completed.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $300.00 - $600.00 per day

- 8 hour shift
