You will be managing our diverse team to deliver excellence in customer service that our venue is renowned for.
The right person for this Waiter (Supervisor) role should have:

We are looking for a solid, hardworking leader who is confident in their decision-making, reliable, focused, and determined.
You will be required to work some weekend days.
Benefits include a full-time role working 38 hours per week over 5 days, with an annual salary of $77,000 plus superannuation.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate food and beverage service, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
- Oversee patron care, including customer engagement and conflict resolution
- Ensure customers are served professionally and in a timely manner
- Supervise, train, and mentor food and beverage staff
- Manage rostering, timesheets, and scheduling
- Liaise with the Head Chef on menu updates and specials
- Control stock for the bar and restaurant
- Operate and reconcile point-of-sale systems
- Manage reservations and bookings
- Work with management to meet daily financial and service targets
Hands-on and supportive duties include overseeing and assisting with greeting and seating guests, supervising staff table service, and maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards.
You will report directly to the Operations Manager and Directors of the business, and all other Front of House staff will report to you.
Qualifications and Experience
- RSA certification
- Approved Manager certification
- AQF or equivalent Certificate II or III in Hospitality, or at least one year of full-time experience in a similar leadership role
