TMG - Braemar is a leader in feed manufacturing, producing high-quality, APVMA-licensed products trusted across the industry. We're expanding our team and looking for detail-driven process employee to join our Warehouse team wereevery pallet and carton counts.

We're seeking a Warehouse Inventory Supervisor who thrives on accuracy, organisation and leading teams to hit high-performance targets.

About the Role

• Oversee inventory management — maintain near-perfect stock accuracy.
• Lead receiving and dispatch operations, ensuring goods flow in and out on time and on spec.
• Design efficient layouts to maximise warehouse space and streamline picking.
• Drive safety, hygiene, and compliance standards — no compromises.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver results and grow their skills.
• Embrace tech: leverage warehouse tools to sharpen efficiency.
• Identify process improvements to reduce cost and boost performance.

About You

• Proven warehouse or inventory supervision experience.
• Obsessed with accuracy in documentation and discrepancy of an order.
• Strong leadership skills: able to motivate, coach and lift team performance.
• Skilled in WMS or ERP systems, with a sharp eye for detail, nothing leaves the facility without the correct documentation.
• Safety and hygiene champion — you keep workspaces spotless and compliant.
