As part of our digital growth strategy, we are seeking a vibrant, motivated, and passionate **Data Entry Operator** to assist our growing digital parts presence in the Automotive landscape.

**The Role**:
You will be responsible for compiling and updating product lines, pricing information & ecommerce related product information for new & existing products across our multiple platforms. The opportunity also exists for you to expand your skillset into other digital areas of our parts business including ecommerce operations, parts operations & digital operations. There is no limit to your imagination

- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work to a deadline
- Positive, collaborative, friendly & a team player
- Passionate & detail orientated

**You will be responsible for**:

- Preparing and sorting data in MS Excel ready for data entry
- Resolving data discrepancies and reconciling missing data records
- File and archive management
- Keying data into databases or spreadsheets whilst maintaining accuracy
- Data entry of automotive product data across multiple platforms
- Management of pricing information to ensure all systems are up to date
- Presenting solutions to improve efficiencies in data handling
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required
