**The team**:
The Integrated Healthcare Experience team is responsible for the development and management of integrated healthcare experiences for private health insurance (PHI) customers including the Going to Hospital Journey, Navigation and Advice services and Medibank at Home and Short Stay services. This team works across divisions within the Medibank Group, directing the implementation of a broad range of strategic programs and initiatives that provide customers with an integrated health care experience, helping them find the best path forward in any health moment and ultimately improving the PHI value proposition.

**The role**:
Reporting in to the Head of Integrated Healthcare Experience, the Health Portfolio Manager is responsible for the ongoing management and optimisation of key Member Health programs (Medibank at Home and Short Stay services) with a key focus on continuous improvement, growth and scale. This includes weekly performance monitoring, product strategy and the delivery of continuous improvement initiatives.

Sitting in the Member Health team, this role collaborates with a multi-disciplinary, high-performing team to deliver a range of strategic projects that are aligned to key business targets including growth in health programs enrolments, improvements in customer health outcomes, customer NPS, homecare business growth and PHI revenue.

- Manage overall program performance and effectiveness; providing analysis and insights on performance and key program metrics
- Develop strategies to drive growth, improvement and innovation of the programs, including outcomes and customer experience (e.g. may include introducing digital elements)
- Manage the delivery of agreed improvement initiatives and support strategic and enabling projects
- Drive awareness of the product and advocate for the program across the business to support resource allocation and performance
- Manage, coordinate, and align multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
- Identify opportunities for program publicity via media, conferences and publications

**What can you bring?**

You are passionate about and have a strong understanding of the health sector; additional qualifications in health services management or health will be highly regarded.

You have a professional track record in managing health services with a proven ability to lead teams. Strong interpersonal skills to initiate and develop partnerships / relationships with key stakeholders across the health care sector, including key senior clinicians, will see you succeed in this role.

Exemplary written and verbal communication skills to effectively present information and respond to questions at an executive level is also essential.

You have the ability to translate medical and public health literature and have strong organisational skills with the flexibility to react rapidly to changing situations / environment.
