Available soon in the Sydney metro area, you will be introducing innovative products for niche **orthopaedics/ sub-specialties **where there's a compelling value proposition driving adoption and their global partners have an exciting pipeline both organic R&D and M&A driven additions to benefit from. - You get to play a significant contribution in a **close-knit, supportive national sales team, "not just a number".**: - Interacting with your surgeons, theatre nursing staff through **theatre support, case coverage.** Your clinical knowledge and trouble shooting ability ensuring successful outcomes for the patient and of course, growing your number through those opportunities. - Backed by **passionate, leadership team who are there to help you succeed** ( provide autonomy for you to grow in your journey in the company, they also have their "sleeves rolled up" with key accounts, you are not alone ). - A **training framework to equip you for success - **relevant company directed learning plus other resources to access on a self-paced basis, to underpin knowledge continually. - This patch has performed very well in recent years and further growth predicted via introducing new products. **The pipeline is exciting** **Your current career profile will include the following;** - You are **already working in a similar sales role** ( _or Clinical with intent and aptitude for a sales career move ),_ ideally complex / niche orthopaedics ( extremities ) or trauma - You could also have** excelled in other surgical device sales **and are ready to ratchet your career up a few notches, particularly if you have associated muscular background ( allied health etc ). **It's not just experience that's sought after, this team environment and business has grown to be successful through the actions and behaviours of its cohort.** - _ S - pecifically this includes and will be your modes operandi too:_ Accountability - you take **ownership** of your promises and actions.
