The Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and experienced Site Supervisor to join our expanding team. With a strong pipeline of projects across Sydney's Northwest and Southwest, this role is primarily based in the Greater Sydney region, with travel required across sites.

This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll take charge of daily site operations, lead crews, coordinate subcontractors, and work closely with Site and Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

What You'll Do

As a Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading and coordinating day-to-day site activities

• Allocating tasks, supervising crews and subcontractors

• Running site inductions, toolbox talks (30+ team members), and ensuring WHS compliance

• Monitoring works, maintaining quality standards, and completing required documentation

• Tracking progress against program schedules to meet deadlines

• Ensuring site productivity and appropriate resourcing at all times

• Maintaining compliance with WHS, environmental and statutory requirements

• Building strong relationships with crews, stakeholders, and clients through clear communication

• Identifying and resolving issues early to minimise risks and delays

• Supporting a positive, safe, and collaborative work culture

• Assisting with survey set out and QA checks when required

• Participating in ongoing leadership and professional development

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in civil construction

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate teams

• Ability to read, interpret, and implement construction plans

• Sound knowledge of civil construction processes, methods, and materials

• High attention to detail with excellent planning and organisational skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Solid understanding of WHS, Environmental, and Quality Management Systems

• Problem-solving and decision-making confidence

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project/client management systems

• Experience with survey equipment (highly regarded)

• Current driver's licence

• A proactive, safety-first mindset and a genuine commitment to developing others

• Flexibility to travel across sites and adapt to project requirements
