**Position Description**

**Position Overview**

In this role, you will be responsible for the development and management of our digital marketing projects including the automation of customer journeys within Sales Force Marketing Cloud (SFMC).

This role works closely with a broad range of stakeholders including but not limited to: The Customer Experience team within which this role sits, the Brand Managers, Business Technology (BT) and the Company’s Data and Analytics Team.

The incumbent’s impact on effective campaign management will be measured by the ability to report and analyse data and advise stakeholders about the best ways to improve their marketing campaigns and digital customer experiences.

**Primary Responsibilities**

You will partner with a range of internal stakeholders including the wider commercial services team, business technology (BT), commercial business stakeholders, and agency partners on the strategy, design and execution of digital campaigns and customer journeys as well as Organon digital assets and services.

**Tasks**
- Independently build and execute end to end journeys in SFMC
- Independently build and implement automated journey/campaign processes in SFMC
- Expand our customer marketing capabilities within SFMC
- Collaborate with the Data and Analytics team in the design phase, the team manage the backend of SFMC including:

- sourcing data extensions for campaigns.
- The accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of SFMC campaigns and any associated incident analysis and escalation management required.
- Ensure effective management and quality of data - presenting campaign/project results and providing feedback and recommendations back to internal teams.
- Collect, validate, and manage creative assets and content whilst coordinating with internal and external resources aligned to campaign execution.
- Administration of company websites including technical modifications and content publishing.
- Manage any digital projects delivered by agency including briefing, success metrics, project timelines, business technology oversight where appropriate.
- Advise CX lead on continuous optimisation of the experiences for our customers.
- Work closely with the Customer Insights function to design campaign effectiveness metrics that improve customer experience

- Excellent presentation, facilitation, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively work cross functionally and collaborate, with the ability to work in a group and as an individual, whilst being comfortable with both clear processes and ambiguity.
- A curiosity that allows for innovation and engagement in a test and learn environment.
- Knowledge of and passion for ethical conduct and compliance.
- Attention to detail and be digitally forward thinking with an innate interest in how digital technology and advancements that can shape the lives and health of women

**Qualifications**

**Skills**
**(professional and/or technical)**
- Demonstrable expertise in executing campaigns and customer journeys in Sales Force Marketing Cloud
- Demonstrable expertise in the following channels and capabilities:

- Experience with Veeva Promomats, Vault and CRM is desirable as is SQL knowledge.
- Experience in use of standard office and communication equipment in an activity-based workplace environment

**Experience**
- 3-5 years’ experience in campaign execution utilising Sales Force Marketing Cloud
- 3-5 years’ experience working in digital/e-Commerce marketing, producing relevant technical experience.
