As an AWS Marketplace Specialist, you will drive revenue growth and commercial outcomes through the AWS Marketplace, working across both Telstra and Versent partnership channels. You'll play a pivotal role in accelerating Channel Partner Private Offers (CPPO), renewals, and professional services transactions, while collaborating closely with AWS, Telstra, and internal stakeholders to deliver operational excellence and maximise commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify, qualify, and convert opportunities to grow AWS Marketplace revenue for both Telstra and Versent.
Manage the end-to-end process for CPPO submissions and renewals, maintaining a robust pipeline and ensuring timely renewals.
Establish and maintain weekly reporting mechanisms for AWS Marketplace activity, analysing trends and performance metrics.
Oversee the complete AWS Marketplace transaction process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with AWS and internal finance and operations teams to streamline invoicing and manage collections.
Develop and deliver training sessions and resources to internal teams, acting as a subject matter expert.
Identify and onboard new Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to expand the AWS Marketplace catalogue.
Partner with AWS account teams to co-create and deliver compelling joint value propositions for customers.
Serve as the central point of coordination between Versent, Telstra, and AWS, facilitating regular communications and alignment.
Prepare and present detailed quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for AWS and internal leadership.
Continuously assess and refine marketplace workflows to drive efficiency and improve experiences for all stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
2–4 years' experience in AWS Marketplace operations, channel partnerships, or cloud commercial strategy.
Proven track record in driving cloud revenue and managing marketplace transactions.
Strong understanding of AWS Partner Network and CPPO mechanisms.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (growth, finance, operations, AWS).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
Preferred: Experience in services, SaaS, or cloud-native consultancy; familiarity with Salesforce, Smartsheet, or similar CRM tools; background working with large enterprise or government accounts.
