Your role as a EHS Advisor is to help the Tradelink community make it happen safely

**The Tradelink Opportunity**

There’s never been a better time to join us as our EHS Advisor, New South Wales. This position is a key role within the National Health, Safety & Environment team. Reporting directly to the National EHS Manager you will be engaging with a variety of key stakeholders including, Head of Operations, Regional Managers, Site Managers and all Team Members to further develop our interdependent safety culture.

In this role you will work with Regional and on-Site Management to grow our Safety culture and ensure compliance with our Safety policies and procedures through our operational teams.

As a EHS Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

- Driving and enhancing safety values and culture throughout the New South Wales Region
- Overseeing the safety performance of multiple sites throughout NSW including safety planning, implementation and compliance
- Preparing Weekly/Monthly Site Safety KPI Analysis consolidation and reporting
- Responsive travel to sites to investigate issues or follow up incidents
- Report and review Incident ensuring Corrective Action plans are developed and implemented

You'll need a strong knowledge in development, implementation, and oversight of work safety programs and procedures, other than that we’re also looking for:

- An ability to lead and influence all team member to act in line with Tradelink Policies and drive our team towards an interdependent safety culture
- A thorough understanding of EHS legislation and experience developing safety cultures in multisite business.
- An ability to merge safety requirements with operational business requirements to ensure win-win solutions are met.
- A valid driver’s licence and an ability to work autonomously and travel within the state to visit Branches when required.
- Above all, you’ll really care about your work and the safety of your people in your region.
