**Your Role**:
**About You**:
Technical Skills
- A solid background in credit lending with a proven record of sound lending decisions for loans up to $1m (residential mortgages)
- Intermediate skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.
- An understanding of banking/financial services and products
- Held a Lending Assessment position preferably over 24 months experience.
- Held a DLAA for loans up to $1m (residential mortgages) (highly desired)
- Previous home loan lending experience (essential)

- Able to gather relevant information and identify key issues
- Able to relate and compare data from different sources
- Can identify and interpret cause and effect relationships
