Australia’s most recommended bank is looking for multiple **Residential Credit Assessors** within our growing **Customer Operations Department.**If you're ready to join a dynamic and supportive team, this could be your net move.
Our Customer Operations Department is a supportive and dynamic team delivering innovative financial lending products which are at the forefront of digital banking in Australia.
These are **permanent** positions that can be based in **Sydney or Wyong.**
**What you’ll do**
- Specialise in credit/risk analysis, customer segmentation, conveyancing, and banking processes.
- Uphold ING policies and procedures (including ING’s underwriting guidelines, compliance, and risk) to avoid unacceptable operational risk.
**What we’re looking for**
- Previously held a Delegated Lending Authority (DLA) of at least $1m in a Residential Loan Approval setting (essential). Ecellent coordination collaboration and communication skills to confidently liaise with internal and e
- ternal stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge of Australian lending practices including policy, valuations, mortgage insurance, procedures, and Australian banking regulatory requirements.
- Strong mathematical and statistical analysis aptitude. Recent localised e
- perience in the finance industry in residential mortgages assessment.
