We are seeking an experienced and competent Administration officer/Receptionist to help with the day to day tasks of a growing cleaning company
In order to be successful in this position you’ll need previous experience in a similar role
you must be a proactive individual with a major focus on customer service
duties Include but not limited to
- inbound and outbound call
- scheduling jobs
- processing payments / invoicing
- basic bookkeeping
- dealing with cleaners and subcontractors
- dealing with clients
