We are currently seeking an experienced leader to join a global claims management organisation in a permanent full-time capacity. Lead coach and mentor a team, working closely with the Regional Manager on operational performance. This role is located in Toowoomba, Queensland.

**About the role**:

- Be responsible for the overall performance of the branch, including meeting financial targets, developing, and managing new business
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team and ensure quality and adherence to company standards
- Manage a complex caseload of 60 property claims and be a point of escalation
- Work closely with the Regional Manager to set and achieve goals while ensuring compliance with regulations

**About you**:

- Experienced in business development in the property
- Experience as a loss adjuster is highly regarded. Experience in property, building, real estate, or direct insurance is regarded
- A supportive and empowering leader, engaging with individuals to achieve consistently positive outcomes
- Experience working in a fast pasted high-volume environment
- A solutions-driven individual who is open to change and can make tough strategic decisions quickly to support management
