We are looking for a Service Delivery Specialist to join the Investor Services team in Melbourne, Australia. This role is primarily responsible for interacting with clients, their advisers and other internal & external stakeholders on a daily basis to ensure effective processes and delivery of exemplary client service.
- What are the ongoing responsibilities of this position?- Support the onboarding of new fund investors and provide ongoing service to existing fund investors-
- Liaise with external unit registry provider to answer client queries, complete account openings, and resolve trade and account maintenance queries-
- Perform daily administrative duties and ensure all requests and tasks are completed in a timely, accurate and compliant manner-
- Liaise with investment management teams and outsourced unit registry provider to resolve any daily cashflow queries-
- Day to day oversight of outsourced unit registry provider and Investor Services mailbox-
- Ensure regular internal and external reporting requirements are met-
- Answer internal and external enquiries as it relates to requests for fund information-
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including Distribution, Product and Client Service teams-
- Assist with project related work as and when required- What qualifications, skills and experience would help someone to be successful?- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business preferred-
- RG146 (training provided)-
- 3-5 years relevant experience-
- Strong client service experience, a working knowledge of unit trust administration preferably in a custodial or operational environment and some investment market knowledge-
- Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders with an emphasis on supporting the Distribution team-
- Effective communication skills-
- Attention to detail, strong numeracy skills and good time management-
- Excellent computing skills particularly across the MS Office suite and SharePoint#LI-APAC
