Distribution Supervisor

**OBJECTIVE**

Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in a timely, efficient and cost effective manner in line with company customer service standards.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Prepare and monitor dispatch of customer orders to local, interstate and international destinations
- Follow up customer and staff queries regarding order status and dispatch difficulties
- Monitor stock levels to ensure appropriate volumes to meet sales requirements.
- Manage stock takes and associated reporting.
- Maintain responsibility for effective and efficient warehouse operations including liaison with relevant suppliers and monitoring and ordering of relevant supplies (eg. Packaging)
- Maintain operational procedures for product shipment
- Ensure maintenance of TGA and standard operating procedures for refrigerated products and ensure timely completion of relevant documentation and compliance for auditing purposes
- Monitor reporting from couriers and transport suppliers to ensure fulfillment of service agreements and effective and efficient service.
- Maintain regular liaison with transport suppliers
- Implement relevant warehousing and distribution standards issued by Head Office
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiencies in customer service and fulfillment.
- Manage special projects as required.
- Other duties as required
