As a **Gym Sales Representative**, you’ll be the face of our brand and a key driver of our growth. Your primary responsibility will be generating leads, converting prospects into members, and ensuring new clients have a smooth and positive onboarding experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively promote and sell gym memberships, personal training packages, and other services.
- Conduct gym tours for prospective members and highlight benefits tailored to their goals.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members and the local community.
- Handle inquiries, objections, and provide excellent customer service.
- Participate in local marketing efforts, outreach events, and social media promotions.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 2 years of sales experience** (fitness industry strongly preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven.
- Available to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $922.70 per week
