**About the Position**

Master Steel is a steel fabrication company specializing in the technical manufacture and assembly of steel components for the industrial and government sectors. In this position you will be required to manage leads and help the estimating team on winning projects. You will need to provide regular updates to the management team regarding potential leads, market insight and opportunities pipeline. Key responsibilities include:

- CRM input and lead management
- Analyse market conditions and identify potential sales opportunities
- Win estimated tenders and new clients
- Relationship building - client engagement and networking
- Representing the Company on tradeshows and key industry events
- Feedback from clients regarding our quotations and product offerings

**About You**
- Experience in sales, marketing, or relevant position
- Experience in engineering, infrastructure or heavy industries such as mining, oil & gas, construction or other relevant sectors
- Competency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work unsupervised and maintain high energy and commitment to the role
- Positive attitude, reliable and team player

**About the Benefits**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $58,494.20 - $85,301.83 per year
