Melbourne Foot and Ankle Group is a well established private podiatry practice with a team of podiatrists, other allied health professionals and lovely reception staff.
We are looking for a friendly medical receptionist to join our exisiting reception team.
Position description:
As a Medical Receptionist you will be the point of contact for patients and practitioners. The environment can be fast paced and may require you to think on your feet.
Some tasks that you will have to perform:
- Patient interaction, billing
- Incoming phone calls and enquiries
- Appointment management
- Liaising with other health professionals
- Providing an exceptionally high level of customer service at all times.
Admin experience is not required for the job, our exceptional reception team will train any new team member on board

Part-time hours: 16-24 per week
**Salary**: $26.00 - $27.45 per hour
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
