Prior dental experience is not necessary as on the job training will be provided.

We are located in Craigieburn and are passionate about the quality of care and service we deliver for our patients.

Key Duties/Responsibilities
- Assist dentists.
- Process dental instruments and maintain a clean and tidy work environment
- Meet and greet patients, customers, suppliers and practice staff
- Manage all incoming phone calls for the practice
- Schedule patient appointments and perform follow-up confirmation communication
- Communicate bookings and patient needs with dental staff
- Process payments, health insurance rebates and other claims
- Maintain patient records and other computer systems and databases

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
