We require an experienced supervisor within an acreage/project builder based on the Sunshine Coast. Reporting the Construction Manager is an autonomous role for a self-motivated and organised building supervisor with a background in volume housing. We are looking for someone that has a strong local trade base and you must have great computer skills (this is a must)
This role will be based on site.

**Responsibility includes**:
Sourcing quality local trades
Working with local authorities, engineers, and inspectors to ensure compliance
Raising purchase orders and ensuring the costs are recorded and controlled
Scheduling
Reporting back to senior management any issues
OHS and Environment with emphasis on erosion and sediment control
To be successful in the role you will require
Experience working for a project home builder working on 10-15 jobs at one time.
Excellent references
Preferably a trade background
A track record with local jobs
Good understanding of the Building Code for QLD
Working knowledge of OHS
Computer literacy skills
