A great opportunity has come to fruition to join a well-regarded builder who boast 2 divisions to their company: specialising in custom home construction and commercial construction. With extensive referral and repeat business, they are a builder who boast a solid reputation for delivering quality homes for both the retail and investor market, with a portfolio that is progressing from 150 to 200 homes a year

**Your new role**

Due to ongoing market success this client is looking for an experienced residential Building Supervisor to join their team and take control of their Sunshine Coast region. You will take responsibility for between 20 and 25 homes on the go at once. You will report directly to the Construction manager, with responsibility for all aspects of onsite construction from site establishment to final handover. Including project scheduling to organising trades, materials, quality control and some client liaison.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be considered you must have previous supervisory experience in a similar role within high volume residential construction.

You will need to have exceptional technical knowledge of the building industry, be well-organised, with good time management skills and be an effective communicator.

Computer literacy is required for this role, knowledge of _code construct and/or onsite companion_ is advantageous but not essential

A **MUST-HAVE** for this position a current** Low Rise QBCC supervisors** licence and valid Australian driver's licence.
