We’re looking for a **Field Services Supervisor** (Civil Supervisor) to manage all field operations for the construction of a pumped hydro project in the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. This **multi-million dollar** project is starting imminently, so we are looking for x2 Civil Supervisors to lead the initial enabling works, predominantly focusing on drilling. You’ll be involved in overseeing the crew to ensure the exploration and Geotech activities meet H&S requirements, and are being delivered in line with construction plans.

You know what it means to be a civil super: you’re leading **prestarts**, managing **H&S**, and ensuring the **crews are managed effectively.**

**This is a local role only - 40 mins from Noosa, Monday - Friday.** 10 hour days with mínimal weekend work (once a month, max).

**THE REQUIREMENTS**:
You’ll have proven experience with either a **local council** or **contractor** as a Leading Hand and/or looking to step up to a Civil Supervisor. You don’t need to come from a major projects background to be considered. This will suit someone living around **Sunshine Coast, Gympie, Noosa, Eumundi etc** who can show flexibility in ling with the project.
