Currently we have an opening for a Full-time Hotel Duty Manager position to work across our Hotel which includes our Restaurant, Function, Gaming Room and Sports Bar.

All applicants will work on a rotating roster - day, afternoon and evening shifts available. Plus we feed you

A high level of energy and enthusiasm is required to engage our customers with excellent customer service, the execution and involvement in promotions and be a team player within the team.

**As a Hotel Duty Manager you will**:

- Be a part of the team, creating a fun & inviting atmosphere for our customers.
- Be energetic, upbeat, driven and be passionate about and create exceptional gaming experiences.
- Actively inspire, encourage, coach and assist.
- Need to be flexible as you will work rostered shifts including days, nights and weekends
- Supervise our Gaming Room and Sports Bar whilst on Shift
- Supervising security arrangements, and property maintenance
- Planning and supervising bar, restaurant, function and conference activities in conjunction with Restaurant manager and Venue Manager
- Assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction
- Overseeing accounting and purchasing activities
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, AML/CTF, liquor, gaming, cash handling procedures and other laws and regulations.

About you:

- Most importantly a "can do" attitude
- Food and Beverage Supervisory Experience
- A minimum of 1 year as a Gaming Supervisor
- Must hold a valid Victorian Gaming Licence
- Must hold TAB accreditation
- You must hold a current RSA & RSG
- Be flexible & available to work over a 7 day rotating roster including graveyard shifts
