Shafston Hotel is a premier entertainment destination located in the heart of East Brisbane, offering a vibrant atmosphere to watch all things sports and services a strong base of regular clientele. Our venue boasts state-of-the-art gaming facilities, including a wide range of machines and exciting promotions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Monitor gaming areas to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain a safe environment.
- Provide support and assistance to customers with gaming machines.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.

**Requirements**:

- Must have valid RSA and RSG
- Passion for gaming and excellent customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Experience in the hospitality or gaming industry preferred but not required.
- Must be able to work evenings.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.10 - $41.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
