Job Title: Admin Assistant, Administration, Sales Support Admin
Company: Fast Growing National Vending Company
Location: Burleigh

**Salary**: $800 base retainer + sales bonuses and incentives after probation period of 1 month
Hours: 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday

We are a small team but we are growing fast, we need someone who has skills and experience in the sales industry, supporting sales staff and the director.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to our sales agents and management team
- Manage and maintain accurate records
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- General office duties, including petty cash management
- Assist with project coordination and document preparation
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Prior administrative experience is preferred

- Office administration: 2 years (preferred)
