**About the Role**

We’re looking for a proactive, can-do **eCommerce & Admin Assistant** to work closely with our founder. This is not your average desk job - you’ll be hands-on with order fulfilment, helping launch exciting new products, supporting marketing campaigns and prepping for industry events.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Order fulfilment**: Pick, pack and process customer orders via Shopify with care and attention to detail
- Keep stock organised and shipments running smoothly
- Assist with product launches, expo preparation and business development projects
- Support marketing efforts, including content coordination and partnership outreach
- Help with general admin tasks that keep our business humming

**About You**
- Experience with Shopify, order fulfilment or eCommerce is ideal (training provided for the right person)
- Bonus points if you have a marketing, social media, or eCommerce background
- Reliable, detail-oriented and able to work both independently and side-by-side with the founder
- Comfortable with physical work (packing orders, lifting stock)
- A genuine interest in wellness and biohacking will make you feel right at home

**How to Apply**
