We’re looking for a driven Office Based Account Representative to help manage and grow our B2B customer base in the industrial sector.
The opportunity
**Your day will include**:
- Re-engaging inactive accounts and driving growth in undercapitalised categories
- Updating CRM records, managing your pipeline, and following up quotes
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide technical and logístical support to customers
- Learning and promoting new technologies and solutions to market
- Tracking progress against monthly and quarterly sales targets

What we are looking for
You’re a results-driven internal sales professional with a friendly phone manner and a knack for building relationships. You’re confident in your ability to understand and promote technical products, and you’re passionate about delivering customer value.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience in B2B internal sales or telesales
- Knowledge of industrial, electrical, communications or automation products
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Strong attention to detail and pipeline management skills
- A collaborative, can-do attitude with a hunger to grow
Bonus if you’ve worked in a similar technical sales environment or have an interest in industrial technology.
