My client is part of a global giant, looking to hire into their Accounts Payable team on a permanent full time basis.
You will be joining a well oiled team, a fast paced environment working in a full function, end to end AP position.

**Location**: Sydney Olympic Park
**Working arrangements**: Office based, parking on site
**REM**: $75,000 - $80,000 plus super dependant on experience

**Key duties (not limited to)**:

- Processing of high volume invoices on a daily basis
- Perform end to end supplier statement reconciliation to identify and analyze variances, communicate with external and internal stakeholders
- Resolve discrepancies and achieve on time payment
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations
- Bank reconciliation, follow up and resolve outstanding items
- Statement reconciliations
- Dealing with queries

**Requirements**:

- Proven high volume AP experience
- Experienced in reconciliation work
- Intermediate Excel skills - pivot table, vlookup etc
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail but also be able to work in a very busy environment
- Full working rights
