**About the role**:
The _Manager Legal Claims_ is a new role designed to strengthen internal support in responding to a variety of legal matters.

We require a highly skilled individual who has demonstrated expertise in managing legal claims and will take a lead role in planning, facilitating, implementing and reporting progress against current legal matters and redress schemes.
- Significant experience in managing legal issues in respect to one of the following areas; personal injury litigation, redress claims, workcover and/or insurance claims
- Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment with a range of stakeholders and adapt and be flexible to ensure effective, accurate and timely advice and services are delivered.
- Ability to establish and maintain internal corporate legal functions with sound processes to meet governance and reporting requirements
