In this exciting role you will be working on OneSky - This $1.2 Billion project is the most complex transformation of an Air Traffic Management system in aviation history. OneSky will establish, commission and support a Civil Military Air Traffic Management System (CMATS) and revolutionise existing Air Traffic Management technology.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support in the planning / scheduling or control of accounts/work packages in Primavera
- Support and ensure reports are at the right level and available on time
- Effectively prioritise conflicting deliverables across varied stakeholders
- Develop excellent relationships with varied and multiple stakeholders, across geographic boundaries, in order to ensure the success of the Programme
- Ensure appropriate and accurate representation of the work and progress at all times, monitoring and controlling for deviations
- Maintenance of relevant project management artefacts such as the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Organisational Breakdown Structure (OBS), Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RAM), Control Account and Work Package Description Documents (CADDs/WPPDs), etc
- Development & maintenance of the schedule for the assigned element of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using PERT and Critical Path analysis, including resource and budget assignment to form the PMB

**Requirements**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification and must have relevant work experience in a similar
- Must have expertise in program/project management structures and baselines such as WBS, OBS, RAM, WPDDs, PMBs, etc, and control
- Must have expertise in the use of PERT to develop schedules and Critical Path to manage schedules and experienced in the use of Schedule Risk Analysis
- Must be knowledgeable in claims, extension of time and delay analysis from a schedule perspective
- Demonstrated knowledge of the project management lifecycle
- Working knowledge in Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Advanced knowledge of Primavera and Scheduling Tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Excel, Open Plan)
- Basic knowledge of schedule health check process or tools (e.g. Defence Contracting Agency (DCMA) 12-point check and Acumen Fuse)
- Scheduling - Program Evaluation & Review Technique (PERT) and Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis
- Working knowledge of schedule acceleration concepts or tools such as Acumen 360
- Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) using tools such as Primavera Risk Analyser (PRA), Acumen Risk or similar to develop probabilistic schedules (P80 and P90, etc)
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to interact effectively with senior management, customers and partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strongly focused and self-motivated to overachieve goal
