**About the role**

We are looking to add a sports trader to our team. Reporting to the International Sports Team Lead, you will play a key role managing our Euro Basketball and NBL. You will work as part of a diverse, goal oriented and collaborative team who have a strong focus on operational excellence. Using our basketball models for the day to day running of the, you will play a key role in growing and enhancing our NBL strategies and our same game multi product.

The core components of this role include:

- Using our models for the day to day running of the code including pre-match and live trading.
- Help grow and evolve the sport through product ownership by playing a key role in growing and evolving the sport.
- Develop and implement successful strategies and learn how to live trade multiple games concurrently.
- Set and report on global SLAs and support performance updates v KPIs
- Collaborate with the risk team to manage our liability positions and reduce risk on each event and help identify customer patterns.
- Constantly putting customers at the forefront of your decisions and ensuring a seamless end to end journey.
- Leverage our global counterparts to support the codes continued growth and expansion.

The Risk & Trading team at Sportsbet adopt a flexible 5 day working week policy based on customer needs to ensure a great work-life balance for our staff, however there is a requirement for weekend work. Shifts will generally fall between 7am - 7pm.

**About You**
- Strong written, verbal communication and research skills
- Well organised with high attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Excel will be highly regarded
