**About The Role**

Reporting to the Operational Team Lead, you will play a key role managing our Tennis product for our customers. You will work as part of a diverse, goal oriented and collaborative team who have a strong focus on operational excellence.

In order to ace this role, you will need sharp analytical skills, the ability to remain organised and efficient in a fast-paced trading environment, and always be keen to learn and improve. An interest in sport is encouraged but not essential.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- In time, you will be able to compile your own odds on tennis and a range of different sporting events using statistics and trends.
- You will learn how to use our sports models to fluctuate and edit our odds throughout a match depending on what is happening in that game at any given time.
- You will observe prices and adjust where necessary, taking into consideration athlete news, customer behaviour, industry prices, etc.
- Leverage our global counterparts in Dublin and Cluj to support the code’s continued growth and expansion.
- Provide advice and quality reporting to the Team Lead on product-related matters that help inform decision making.

The Risk & Trading team in Melbourne adopt a flexible 5 day working week policy based on customer needs to ensure a great work-life balance for our staff. There is a requirement for some weekend work.

**What we’ll need from you**:

- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking capability and the ability to problem solve
- Ability to stay organised and efficient, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, relational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders globally and locally
- Understanding the game of tennis (or sport) and broader sporting landscape is desirable
- Display resilience and initiative, while acting with a high level of integrity
- Risk & Trading experience desirable (not essential)
