**About the role**

Working in our International Sports team, you will have the opportunity to add value to many of our exciting codes with a key focus on Tennis. Providing the best betting experience for our customers, tasks will include managing tennis trading, monitoring customer betting and market prices, solving customer pain points, and working collaboratively with multiple teams across the business. Key responsibilities include:

- Live trade across multiple sports with a key focus on Tennis.
- Managing Tennis trading schedule daily.
- Conduct and evolve trading strategies on relevant codes.
- Manage relationships with global trading counterparts.
- Completing budget and forecast processes across the team’s codes.
- Use forensic price management to ensure strong price assurance on all codes

The Risk & Trading team in Melbourne adopt a flexible 5 day working week policy based on customer needs to ensure a great work-life balance for our staff. There is a requirement for weekend work.

**About You**

We’re looking for enthusiastic, collaborative individual with an analytical mindset to assist in the running of our tennis code:

- Understanding of tennis or wagering industry knowledge is highly regarded.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay focused under pressure.
- Strong team player and collaborator.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Flexibility to work between 7.30am - 4.30pm weekdays and weekends.
