**About the role**

Reporting to the Manager Remediation Delivery, you will scope, design, and manage the overall delivery of one of the workstreams for the Remediation and Rectification Program within RACQ.

Utilising your innovative thinking and problem-solving skills, you will work with SMEs in areas such as pricing, technology, and analytics to deliver an efficient and accurate remediation process. The role will see you drive delivery by taking ownership of activities, managing issues and risks and working collaboratively across divisions to ensure all required activities are completed on time and with the expected outcomes.

Please note this is a 6 month full time fixed term contract based in Eight Mile Plains with flexible hybrid work arrangement on offer.

**About you**

You are a natural deliverer with a can-do attitude, who enjoys a challenge and being part of a great team. You should have good knowledge of project management methodologies and techniques and be an excellent communicator with a keen ability to work comfortably with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. To be successful in this position it is essential that you also possess:

- Diploma or equivalent in relevant business area
- 3+ years’ relevant experience with understanding and knowledge of project management.
- Proven ability in task management including prioritising multiple and often competing initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with a proven track record in driving the delivery of quality solutions.
- Confidence with developing and delivering presentations that communicate complex ideas in a clear, concise manner presentations to management and key stakeholder group.
- Process-oriented sound judgment skills combined with attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through commitment including the flexibility to perform in an ever-changing work environment.
- Ability to work within a complex stakeholder environment and to negotiate and balance conflicting ideas and opinions.
- Energy and drive with a commitment to delivery success while working under tight time constraints and pressure.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to use discretion and judgement to make appropriate and informed recommendations.
- Understanding of Insurance regulatory environment is desirable
