As a Business Delivery Lead, you will lead and facilitate the workflow and sequencing for successful execution of marketing, membership and digital initiatives within our marketing and digital teams. You will work across cross-functional teams, guiding the implementation of campaigns and initiatives to drive business results. This role requires a strong understanding of agile methodologies and a passion for driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

This role will be responsible for adapting workflow planning practices such as agile methodology into business activity planning. The team is on a journey to more iterative delivery methods and this role should lift capability in this area, however take a pragmatic approach to best utilising elements of these methodologies in a real business setting.
- Manages the workflow across Marketing, Membership and Digital work streams to ensure delivery to a high standard, with on-time execution.
- Ensures requirements for all areas are considered within an initiative’s or campaign’s delivery.
- Lead cross-functional planning sessions and execution of iterative delivery cycles (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retros, and reviews), ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards.
- Work through a prioritisation model with the team to remove lower value work, to focus on high impact outcomes that enhance the member experience.
- Build strong relationships within the broader business, including Corporate Communications, Publishing and product areas to manage initiatives that meet organisational and member experience goals.
- Lead and coordinate iteration management across streams and also rolling up to an overall view of activity.
- Prepare timelines, create tasks and manage team workflows, ensuring projects are on budget, tasks are on schedule, and approvals have been met.
- Proactively identify risks and blockers, ensuring timely resolution and minimising disruptions to the delivery process.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies, suggesting enhancements, and ensuring the team delivers value at each iteration.

Please note this is a 12-month fixed term contract.

**About you**
- Experience in a business delivery, iteration lead, scrum master, or project management role within digital product, marketing, or financial services sectors.
- Strong experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Planner).
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration across diverse skill sets (e.g., design, development, marketing, UX/UI, and analytics).
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes through data-driven insights.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Knowledge of marketing and digital concepts: digital marketing, campaign delivery, website and funnel platforms.
