Do you want to be in a role where you will work with amazing hiring managers to find wonderful employees to share our health journey?

Working from home or office the preference is yours This autonomous, fulltime Monday to Friday role within our Recruitment team will support the Health & Aged Community Care sector with their end-to-end recruitment.

Work with an amazing & hardworking team (completely biased), support our dedicated hiring managers and build strong relationships across the organisation. Bring your enthusiasm and forward-thinking recruitment strategies and for these to be supported to implement by your Team Leader.

**Your Key Responsibilities**

Our Team Leader and broader recruitment team are always available to provide support daily.

- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment
- High level interpersonal skills and excellent communication
- Team Player
- High attention to detail
- Ability to maintain strong working relationships at all levels
- Comfortable working to deadlines, juggling multiple tasks & keeping up with service demands
