ABOUT THE ROLE

We are thrilled to be back facilitating face-to-face events, and we want you to be part of the excitement We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and team-oriented individual to join our Sydney Conference Centre team.

**Key tasks and responsibilities**:

- Provide operational support, ensuring smooth function coordination and set up, and availability of necessary stock and resources, including AV requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries and manage the booking process with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain the conference centre premises to ensure a presentable and clean environment.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional service.
- Process orders and invoices accurately and promptly.

ABOUT YOU
As a highly organised and multi-tasking professional, delivering exceptional service to clients is your passion. Your keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills will contribute to an exceptional member focused service. You bring:

- Previous front-of-house/hospitality experience.
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Outstanding customer service skills and a talent for building and maintaining relationships.
- Impressive verbal and written communication skills with excellent presentation.
- A strong work ethic, enthusiasm, high energy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Preferred possession of a valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
- Full working rights to work in Australia.
