ABOUT THE ROLE
The Conference Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our Sydney Conference Centre including coordinating functions for internal and external users of the CA ANZ training and conference centre and always providing the highest level of customer/member service.

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Operational requirements for the Conference Centre including function set-up and ensuring stock and resources are available
- Handling customer enquiries and managing the booking process
- Assisting and supporting the coordination of activities
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders

ABOUT YOU
You will be a calm, highly organised multi-tasker that is dedicated to meeting and exceeding the expectations of members/clients. Along with your strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, you will help maximise occupancy of our commercially viable, high-quality Conference Centre. What else you will bring:

- Previous hospitality experience
- Sound computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office Suite and electronic bookings/scheduling systems
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Hold a RSA (Responsible Serving of Alcohol) certificate
- Hold a current workplace first aid certificate (preferred)
