**The role is a critical Role.**

Key role responsibilities are:

- Taking phone calls & get all information to pass onto the correct team member.
- Liaising with service technicians and contractors on a daily basis to organise and schedule all incoming work and bookings.
- Input of service data into internal database.
- Following up with service technicians to ensure all jobs are completed in a timely manner.
- Assisting service technicians and Manager to order parts required.
- Ensuring all returns are returned in a timely manner to ensure company receives credits.
- Ensure all parts are ordered and distributed to the technicians on or before jobs are due.
- Manage and update Maintenance schedule for clients.
- Assistance with accounts payable/receivable
- Monthly reporting procedures
- General Office duties, mail, word processing, filing etc.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 30/09/2024
