**The Opportunity**

An opportunity has become available for a detail-oriented Inventory & Consignment administrator to join our team in Sydney on a 12-month fixed term contract. The role will monitor integrity of inventory records and processes, including warehouse, customer consignment, and perform tasks to validate and maintain inventory accuracy

**Responsibilities**
- Complete inventory adjustments in SAP and mymediset
- Push CBC updates in internal CRM system
- Monitor team inbox, assigning tasks to appropriate team members for action
- Complete inventory adjustments in SAP & mymediset as requested by internal warehouse and CS teams.
- Develop thorough understandings of SAP & mymediset system processes being used within J&J MedTech ANZ, and relevant compliance requirements
- Respond to requests for support from colleagues and proactively share information and insights
- Build relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues and customers (internal and external) to assist in managing broader 1MD objectives

**About You**
- Preferred area of study: Health Care or logistics
- Preferred related industry experience: Medical, logistics
- Other qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain area
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Good understanding of inventory management concepts and processes
- Good understanding of consignment inventory concepts and processes
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Well versed in Microsoft Excel
- Experience & knowledge of SAP inventory management and warehouse management modules
