Great opportunity for a highly organised Admin & Sales Support person to join our team in Macquarie Park, Sydney.

Purpose of Role

To support the Sales Leader and Account Managers through the timely provision of sales materials, processing of customer sample requests, and maintain accurate contract/tender files and coordinate submissions on behalf of the embecta including communication and collaboration with the team and support functions in advance of deadlines.

Key Responsibilities- Monitor and liaise with wholesalers and our internal logistics on orders, such as the recent cancellation of API orders as it went beyond 6 days unfulfilled- Check Orders that come in as well as delivery- General administrative work including the new office if needed and property facility coordination.- Collate reports where necessary- Manage samples- Generate regular report from SFDC for analysis, compiling weekly and monthly sales reports verses expectations from Power Bi.- Send promotional literature and/or samples directly to customers as required- Ensures there is an adequate inventory of samples and promotional literature in stock- Communicate any new Tender Notifications of applicable tenders to the team and request confirmation

Skills and Experience- Experience in a team administration role- Listens actively and effectively.- Strong oral and written communication skills required.- Demonstrates high proficiency of computer skills; Microsoft Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint, skills in SFDC (or similar CRM) and Adobe preferred. Possesses a good amount of tech-savviness to support the team.- Excellent organizational and time management skills; strong forward-planning skills and the ability to priorities conflicting deadlines.
