**More about the role**
The Head of Quality Practice, as part of the Executive team, will report and work closely with the CEO to provide leadership, strategic direction, and development to the Quality Service business unit to deliver clinical programs and services that support the organisation's strategic direction and growth.
Delivering and maintaining a robust clinical governance framework and practice vision that facilitates and emphasises accountability for delivering safe, effective and person-centred services.
Collaborating across the organisation, the Head of Quality Practice will ensure the practice is current and effective in achieving its objectives
**, **monitoring service delivery via clinical audits while identifying areas for improvement and development of learning to support practitioner development and excellence.
**A bit about you**
To have success in the role you will be a champion of continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery, with the ability to lead cohesive teams in an encouraging and collaborative manner. You will also have:
- A degree qualification in Social Work, Psychology or Counselling, along with experience in evidenced-based service delivery. Relevant post-graduate study will be highly regarded
- Proven experience working in an Executive level role for a minimum of 5 years.
- Demonstrated understanding of and experience with the development and maintenance of clinical governance and quality frameworks in the alignment of an organisational and strategic plan, with a particular focus on standards and customer service.
- Ability to positively lead people and teams through change, with effective time and project management experience.
- Proven capacity to bring balance to decisions, strategies and plans requiring consideration of conflicting financial, social, and environmental sustainability.
- Willingness to travel when required throughout services in NSW, Melbourne, and Gold Coast
