Our growth continues, and we need talent We’re currently in search of a Task Force Manager to onboard, train and lead our teams across NSW.

Slim’s Quality Burger offers fresh, made to order burgers, hand cut chips and decadent ice cream, churned on site daily. The venues are bright and bold with an open kitchen that highlights the freshness of our products and our attention to detail. Our Task Force Manager will have the pleasure of being involved in them all.

Our goals are to grow our business, grow our people and build an environment that is fun and meaningful for everyone involved. If any of this sounds interesting, we would love to hear from you.

As the Task Force Manager, you will be responsible for all areas of operation in a fast-paced environment of whichever store you are posted. Performance metrics are all fairly common and our expectation is you already know how to run a profitable business. What we truly need from you is a willingness and desire to guide and mentor our team to be their best. Every role within our restaurant is the most important role and the Task Force Manager should treat each one with kindness and respect.

The Task Force Manager should know that hospitality is all about people first and product second, so making connections with our customers and our team is the number one priority. Whilst this is a hands-on position that requires you to roll up your sleeves, we want you to build our teams up rather than carry them. You will be involved in restaurant openings, coaching leaders and crew to develop high performing teams, filling gaps in times of need and collaborating with us to improve systems and processes.

We’ll provide you with all the tools and systems to smoothly operate the region, which will give you the time to develop our team for growth. We have many more locations set to open over the next twelve months and the team is expanding quickly. Our expectation is that you build a solid team and grow within our group beyond the Task Force Manager role as soon as possible.

- Experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced settingExceptional management and mentoring skills
- The ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Strong business acumen focussed on KPI performance and profitability
- High-level customer service with the ability to turn a negative into a positive

- Overwhelming desire to grow within a company
