What will your day look like?
**As a Customer Settlement Officer, you are responsible for**:
A focus and drive for zero error rates
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
Ability to effectively manage your time to meet customer expectations
Highly team focussed to ensure collaboration occurs with teams with the customer settlements space
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Ability to follow processes for risk and compliance requirements
